I’ve been working with Donatella since 2020 through weekly sessions, group retreats and personal retreats. I have found Donatella’s retreats to be very powerful. We spend five consecutive days in searching for our essence and wild self. Donatella’s work took me very very deep to uncover energies stuck in my body and soul thad controlled me, trapped me, formed my traits, how I developed and how I lived my life. I could feel the puppet strings. I finally knew what had controlled me and who had power over me. As I began to identify this energy, I realized it was familiar and familial. I saw how it programmed me and stole my life. I was shocked to find the scope of its power and the influence it had over me and my family. I spent days excavating, bringing the trauma to the light, and changing my story. My essence and wild self are emerging and slowly beginning to trust. My true nature and who I was meant to be is showing up. There is a freedom and bravery that occurs and I am open to even more exploration. Donatella guides you, awakens you and the universe steps in to assist. It feels like a miracle. This is what it is to work with Donatella.

The idea of a Retreat for Donatella includes the quality and the energy involving food quality and food preparation. Being a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Donatella has always given priority to the way she feeds her clients during her Retreats. It’s one of her firm beliefs that allowing our bodies to feel nurtured and loved is important to allow a deeper part of ourselves to open up and transform.
The Sicilian original cuisine is an important element to the experience of being immersed in the Sicilian culture. All of the food for the retreat is prepared on site daily to bring the flavors of Sicily to our table.
You’ll enjoy fresh grown products and local dishes lovingly prepared with attention to detail. You’ll have the choice of vegetarian or local mediterranean meals.
