Everything is energy and every energy has breath.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our approach to breathing focuses on the level of Prana present in the energy of the breath. Prana is the sacred element, the vital energy that feeds and forms stamina in all bodies: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and ethereal. To add awareness into your daily meditation\/exercises routine you can apply a series of simple daily exercises upon waking up or going to sleep.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"TheBreath creates internal lines of life that supports, connects and creates inner containers to balance our lives.\u00a0Sometimes these containers are neglected or ignored and consequently we start to wander outside of ourselves for a solution or a sense of well-being.\u00a0The Vitality Soul breathing classes goal is to reestablish our relationship with our body, our minds and our heart as container.
