If that’s the case, your heart is paying the price of carrying the heavy burdens of past experiences translating them into anger, guilt, judgment, and ultimately keeping you in a state of pain.
This Retreat is designed to help you recognize the nature of the burdens that your heart is carrying and will gently walk you into a space of:

5) Expansion – To open yourself to the larger part of yourself and welcome a new beginning filled with Light.
